More than 10 years ago, in 2008, WAPS Solutions appeared as a consulting company focused on After Sales Service Management, working in important projects for Industry and Retail,  participating significantly through strategies, processes, and policies focused on meeting the needs of our customers.

Even today, we continue to focus on providing our customers with new know-how, plus the best market practices, which can be confirmed from the provision of our consulting services – today directed to Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) –  and others work fronts that include Sales, Rental and Repair of Corporate Smartphones, Laptops, Desktops, and Printers.

All of these attributions allow us a greater flexibility and, especially, the identification of our customers’ real needs, in order to conduct projects with the goal of creating business strategies that aim to trigger mutual benefits on any of our work fronts.

We operate in the Public and Private sectors in the sales of new or semi-new electronic equipment with a warranty for the Informatics, Mobile Phone, Infrastructure, and other lines.

We are competitive in the proposals we present, as we have  our process of equipment recovery and our own Technical Assistance service as unique features, ensuring product quality, as well as warranty applied. We work on:

We have strong partnerships with large Public and Private Companies, through leasing contracts to supply Complete Infrastructure, operating in the Mobile Phone Informatics, Printers, and other lines.

Our focus is to reduce our customers’ initial investment costs, as well as to avoid the obsolescence of the installed park, in addition to managing the allocated equipment through the control of Support and After Sales for the customers. We work on:

Electronics Repair/Refurbishing

We have modern facilities and a large office located within a commercial center that has a complete structure of parking lot, loading and unloading areas, monitoring, biometric access control, and meeting rooms.

Our head office is located in the Metropolitan Building, in Taboão da Serra, Greater São Paulo, with easy access to the Régis Bittencourt, Raposo Tavares, and Castelo Branco highways and Marginais Pinheiros and Tietê expressways.
